This unit is in Lower Pacific Heights.  The unit is located in the rear of the building and has it own semi private deck. There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout the unit. Large eat-in kitchen  that opens onto the deck.  Beautiful built-in fireplace in the living room. The living room has a built-in cabinet for extra storage.  The hallway off the living room that leads to the bathroom also has a large storage unit.  Bathroom has shower over a tub, vanity, toilet and a window for ventilation.  The unit has just been remodeled.  New appliances, new fixtures, new paint and new flooring.
